College Logos
The Metro State logo should be used on all College publications, whether in print or electronic form. Officially recognized Metro State departments, programs, institutes and staff are authorized to use the logo to represent the College.
The Metro State logo identifying the College is now available in formal and informal versions, with an Mbird or with the M only.
The informal version embraces the colloquial "Metro State." Therefore use of the informal logo on printed or electronic publications requires the full College name to be included on the same surface area as the logo appears. The informal logo can also include "Roadrunners." This option, however, only applies to the version with the Mbird (see below).
When the logo does not appear on the front cover of a print publication, it should be used on the back cover or in another highly prominent location.
The College seal is an approved College logo but for extremely limited use. It is intended only for official Metro State documents such as diplomas and transcripts and other materials related to the President's Office.
